Baby Talk Workshop – Cessnock
This interactive and informative workshop helps parents learn about what to expect and watch out for with speech and language development for their baby, as well as implement simple and practical activities and strategies with their child to enhance speech and language development. The workshops are underpinned by contemporary research and evidence about speech and language development for babies.

Who is it for?
Parents or carers of babies aged up to 12 months. All parents/carers, babies and siblings are welcome. It is important that your baby attends in addition to at least one parent/carer.

About the facilitator…
Vivien is a Speech Pathologist with years of experience working in the Newcastle and Hunter areas supporting children and adults achieve their communication goals. Vivien has experience working with early childhood educators and enhancing their knowledge of Speech Pathology strategies to support children’s language and speech development.
How much does it cost?
Any single workshop costs $25, which allows for participation of both parents/carers and baby. We require payment prior to the event to secure your spot. Group sizes are capped and spaces are limited, so register as soon as you can.
