Annie is a Registered Psychologist who has been practising since 2022. She holds a Master of Psychology degree and has experience conducting research and working with marginalised populations.
Annie’s practice is grounded in a person-centred, empowering approach. She supports people within the broader context of their lives, considering factors such as biology, personal history, relationships, and social environment. She believes therapy should be both deep and practical, offering a safe space to develop into a more aligned version of themselves and the life they want to live.
Annie draws on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, ACT, DBT, and CBT. She aims to create a warm, genuine and at times playful therapeutic environment where people feel comfortable being themselves.
