I am a Provisional Psychologist and former NSW educator with over 10 years of experience supporting children, young people, and families. My background in education has given me a strong understanding of learning, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and the challenges that can arise at home, school, and in everyday life.
As a neurodivergent practitioner, I have both professional and lived experience of the strengths and challenges that can come with navigating a world that is not always designed for neurodivergent people. This understanding helps me provide support that is compassionate, practical, and grounded in respect for individual differences.
My approach is strengths-based and neuroaffirming, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Polyvagal Theory-informed practice, and Emotion Coaching. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where people feel safe to be their authentic selves, better understand their unique experiences, and build a life that aligns with who they are.
