Jess is a Registered Psychologist who enjoys working alongside children, young people, and their families to support emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, and participation in the things that matter to them. She has experience working across school and clinical settings, supporting children and adolescents with anxiety, emotional regulation differences, school-related challenges, and neurodivergence, with a particular interest in autism and ADHD.
As an AuDHD psychologist, Jess brings both professional knowledge and lived experience to her work. She is passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and helping children, young people, and families better understand their strengths, emotions, and unique ways of experiencing the world. Jess takes a warm, playful, and client-centred approach, often drawing on children’s interests to foster connection, safety, and engagement.
Jess incorporates a range of evidence-based approaches and enjoys using practical neuroscience and psychoeducation to help children and families make sense of regulation, behaviour, and development. She works collaboratively with parents, schools, and other professionals to create meaningful, strengths-based support across home, school, and community settings.
