Chantelle is a passionate Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and a Graduate Certificate in Play and Art Therapy. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the areas of mental health, and complex trauma.

A highly relational, down-to-earth, and creative clinician, Chantelle prioritises the therapeutic relationship, creating a safe, accepting, and empowering space for those she works alongside of. She takes the time to understand their experiences and works collaboratively to support healing and recovery.

Chantelle takes an integrated approach to therapy, drawing on a range of interventions, including (but not limited to) Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Play and Art Therapies, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). She combines these approaches with a strengths-based, person-centered framework to ensure therapy is tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her rescue Greyhound and Husky. She also loves unwinding with a good TV show and indulging in avocado toast at her favourite cafés!
