Holly is a Registered Psychologist with qualifications in both education and psychology. She is passionate about early intervention to improve mental health and wellbeing in young people and has several years’ experience working with youth within the public school system and in private practice. Holly has provided support to children and adolescents experiencing a range of difficulties and mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, school disengagement, and behavioural difficulties. She is also experienced in administering a range of cognitive, adaptive and behavioural assessments.

Holly incorporates a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in her work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She takes great care in developing strong, therapeutic relationships with young people and their families, providing a warm, caring, and collaborative approach. Holly also has experience providing support to young people with developmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability and is skilled in tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs and strengths of her clients.

Holly has two young children and outside of work she loves spending time with her family and friends, playing the piano, and going on bushwalking adventures and trips with her family.
