Kirsti has a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology), Diploma of counselling and a Bachelor of Laws.

Kirsti has worked extensively in the insurance and legal sector, working predominantly in the areas of psychological injuries and Institutional abuse. Kirsti has a passion for supporting abuse survivors and victims of childhood sexual abuse.

Kirsti has been employed as a counsellor for almost four years with an NDIS provider and enjoys working with participants and their families to reach their independent goals and support them to obtain optimum well-being. Kirsti uses a variety of modalities such as trauma informed therapy, play therapy, art therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), mindfulness practice and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and works with clients using a person centred and strengths-based approach.

Outside of work, Kirsti enjoys time with her family, being a mum to three children and also loves art and animals.
