Our Story
Our existence is built on an idea. A solution to a problem…families, children and young people should have more convenient access to effective therapeutic supports from qualified and dedicated child and family focused allied health clinicians. The solution was Beam Health – a team of passionate, experienced and qualified Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists,Behaviour Support Practitioners and Child Psychologists, who pride themselves on providing the right supports for children, youth and families. We commenced our life in a small practice in Cardiff in July 2016 with a few child Psychologists and have grown to support many children and families across 5 clinics including with our multidisciplinary teams of child Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners at these locations:

Our Child Psychologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists offer a professional and private telehealth service as well and provide support at our clinics, at home or at school.

Many of these are grounded in strong research and evidence and can be funded through NDIS plans and Medicare rebates. Our Child Psychologists Newcastle also run a number of workshops and training for professionals caring for, or working within child-related sectors such as trauma, attachment, child development and restricted practices.
