It is completely normal to not feel okay sometimes, and it is important to know that you do not have to face it alone.

The Medicare Mental Health Centre (formerly knowns as Head to Health) is here to offer you FREE mental health support, providing you with care and a range of options without the need for a GP referral. 

Mental health challenges are something that many of us will encounter at some stage in life.  Medicare Mental Health Centres,  will give you access to up to 3 months of free counselling support from experienced and trained Mental Health clinicians and regular support to navigate and connect with other supports you may need. 

We can support with

• personalised counselling from trained and compassionate mental health clinicians 

• tailored support to build your support network and connect with other relevant services 

• a friendly, safe and simple way to get support either in our clinic, online or over the phone 

Beam is proud to deliver Medicare Mental Health Centre services through clinics based in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Cessnock area.
