Georgia is a recent graduate from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours). During her undergraduate years, Georgia gained experience in paediatric therapies in both urban and rural areas. She is looking forward to putting the skills and knowledge she learnt at university into practice as a fully qualified speech pathologist. She has a keen interest in supporting children with social communication difficulties.
Georgia’s interest and passion for speech pathology was fuelled by her childhood experience of needing the aid of a speech pathologist to overcome some speech impairments. When she’s not working, Georgia spends her time with friends and family, doing her favourite activities such as swimming, art and reading. Her family has two cute Labradors, who she enjoys spoiling with belly-rubs and treats.
