Jessica is a Provisional Psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology (School Psychology) at Charles Sturt University in 2023. She has experience working with children and young people with a range of mental health challenges, including depression and anxiety. While completing her studies, Jess worked closely with individuals who identify as neurodiverse in the school environment and out in the community.
She has delivered evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Jess has experience administering various psychometric assessments to help children and young people identify their strengths. She is passionate about taking a holistic approach to support, working within a multidisciplinary team to provide tailored services to clients and their families. Jess has a keen interest in working with clients who identify as neurodiverse and takes a neuro-affirming approach when working with clients.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, pilates, and going to the gym.
