Kirby is a compassionate and empathic Counsellor with a Bachelor in Social Science (Psychology) and a Master’s in Counselling degree. Kirby has a variety of experience in working with adolescents, adults and families across areas including mental health, aged care, and disability sectors. Kirby is registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).

Kirby is dedicated to supporting individual’s through life’s challenges with a focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space while working from a person-centered approach. Kirby tailors her approach to the individual needs of the client through a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-focused Therapy (SFT).

Outside of work, Kirby enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, going on adventures, and has a newly revived passion for reading.
