Abi graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from the University of Newcastle in 2024. Before joining Beam, she worked as a parkour and martial arts coach, bringing with her a strong background in gross motor development and supporting people to meet their goals through meaningful activity.
Abi is passionate about working with young children and their families to support participation, wellbeing, and growth, enabling them to thrive. Her clinical interests include mental health, emotional regulation, sensory processing, and physical development. Abi is committed to building genuine connections with the children and families she works with and takes a client-led approach to therapy.
When she’s not at work, you’ll rarely find Abi sitting still. She loves hiking, camping, surfing, jiu-jitsu, and parkour; especially when shared with her favourite people.
