Anne is a Provisional Psychologist who has been practicing since October 2022. She holds a Master of Psychology degree and spent time conducting research and working with marginalised populations. Her clinical interests include trauma work, and autism spectrum disorder.
In therapy, Anne aims to establish a warm, enthusiastic, and at times playful environment to build a positive therapeutic relationship. She has experience in various areas including fostering self-esteem, emotional regulation, grief processing, and social skills. Anne draws from a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT). She also incorporates creative and play therapies as appropriate.
Anne also has experience conducting psychological assessments of Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, specific learning disorders like Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia, and various mood/anxiety disorders.
During her free time, Anne delights in the outdoors, board games, and music/podcasts.
