Cassandra is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about working with children, adolescents and families. Cassandra is an incredibly warm, caring and dedicated clinician who places the upmost importance on creating safe and trusting relationships. Cassandra draws on client-centred, strengths based and holistic approaches to foster greater well-being.

Cassandra has experience working with anxiety, depression, behavioural issues, complex developmental trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attachment difficulties and developmental disorders such as ASD, ADHD and intellectual disability. Cassandra has a special interest in developmental trauma and attachment work and she incorporates attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches with evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Functional Behavioural Analysis and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. In addition to this Cassandra is experienced in administering a range of psychometric assessments (cognitive, adaptive and mental health).

Outside of work Cassandra loves spending time with her family and her golden retriever, Bailey. She also enjoys going to the beach, playing soccer, reading books and online shopping!
