Eleanor is a Provisional Psychologist who completed her Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Newcastle in 2024. She has experience working with children and young people with varying mental health concerns. Eleanor adopts a neurodiversity-affirming approach, prioritising a holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based framework in her practice, which incorporates modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and play-based therapy. She is committed to creating an inclusive and non-judgmental space that empowers individuals to thrive, while tailoring interventions to meet each person’s unique needs and strengths. Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on weekend road trips and trying out new restaurants.
