Erica is an educational and developmental psychologist who has experience working with children, young people and families. She is passionate about supporting children’s well-being and mental health and strongly values the importance of developing trusting and reciprocal relationships with clients to foster positive outcomes.
Erica has worked in school organisations and understands the importance of viewing children in the context of the systems around them. She is passionate about working with individuals’ support systems to promote consistency and a holistic approach. Alongside supporting those who have concerns around anxiety, emotion dysregulation and attachment difficulties, Erica has a particular interest in psychological assessment and helping families to gain further understanding of their child’s strengths and identify areas in need of greater support.
Erica has completed her Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) and has gained her endorsement in this area. She has a particular interest in attachment and is a trained Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) facilitator.
Outside of work, Erica loves playing netball, spending time with her friends and family and loudly cheering on her favourite rugby league team.
