Gabby is a Behaviour Support Practitioner with several years of experience working in out-of-home care (OOHC) and therapeutic support roles. She is currently completing her Graduate Diploma in Counselling, building on her Social Science degree and over five years of practice in trauma-informed care.

In her practice, Gabby takes a warm, genuine and collaborative approach, working alongside clients, their families and carers to create practical, supportive strategies that truly fit their lives. Drawing on a neurodiversity affirming, trauma-informed and strengths-based practice, she often incorporates elements of the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) to build trust and safety in her relationships with clients. While she often works with teens, Gabby is also happy to support younger children and adults who would benefit from her thoughtful approach.

Outside of work, Gabby enjoys reading (romance books!), exploring nature, travel, watching Grey’s Anatomy, and spending quality time with friends.
