Ghye graduated with Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the University of Sydney. Ghye has collaborated within both the community, school and clinic environment to assess and provide evidence-based intervention to children and young adults from 1 to 23 years in Sydney prior to moving to Newcastle in 2023.

In addition to his time within Paediatrics, Ghye has worked within rehab consulting field to guide and support management of injuries and coordinate supports for a varied caseload of physical injuries.

With experience in a varied caseload of ASD, Cerebral Palsy, Intellectual Disability, Global Developmental Delay, low muscle tone and complex behaviors, Ghye aims to continually provide unique and family centered approaches to therapy. Ghye enjoys working to establishing cohesive goals and collaborating within a multi-disciplinary approach. Outside of his typical caseload, Ghye has a keen interest in managing complex behaviors, neuroscience and early fine/ gross motor development in toddlers. Ghye strives to ensure all families feel heard and empowered to be able to extend therapy strategies into the home and community setting.

Outside of his time working, Ghye enjoys camping, going to the beach and playing volleyball.
