Jessica is a warm and compassionate Registered Psychologist. With a passion for assisting individuals through life’s challenges, Jessica thrives on establishing genuine connections with clients of all ages. Her professional journey spans various settings, including hospitals, schools, and university clinics. Jessica completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of Newcastle and a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the Australian Catholic University. She holds full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and is currently working towards her Clinical endorsement.
Jessica is experienced in providing treatment and comprehensive psychological assessments across a broad range of presentations and concerns. Her area of interests include psychometric testing, anxiety, depression/mood issues, emotion regulation issues, stress management, trauma, and neurodiversity. Grounded in evidence-based practice, Jessica draws from a range of therapeutic modalities which are adapted to suit the individual’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
Outside of work, Jessica loves going to the beach or unleashing her creativity through drawing, dancing, or crocheting.
