Jonathan is a warm and enthusiastic provisional psychologist who informs his practice based on an integration of psychological theories from psychoanalytic, behavioural, cognitive, humanistic, ontological, and other scientific research. He aims to create a friendly and collaborative space for people to explore their own psychological functioning. Jonathan helps people come up with practical strategies to ameliorate any psychological suffering they may experience and practical plans to help people live their dreams – all based on the most up to date psychological research.
Jonathan has experience working with people at all stages of life. He practices primarily from a Cognitive-Behavioural perspective, helping people build awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and how they relate to each other. He helps people articulate their goals and modify their patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving so that people can think, feel, and behave exactly how they would like to.
