Karly is a registered psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. She is passionate about adopting a holistic approach to support children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges. Karly is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive therapeutic environment where she works collaboratively with clients to develop strategies that foster emotional well-being.

With a special interest in neurodiversity, Karly is committed to utilising a neuro-affirming and trauma-informed approach to therapy. She strives to create a relaxed and inclusive environment where clients feel supported, heard, and safe, with a focus on nurturing personal growth and self-acceptance. Karly is experienced in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based techniques.

Outside of her professional life, Karly enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and listening to live music.
