Laura is a Registered Psychologist with over ten years of experience working alongside children with autism and their families. Laura is passionate about neurodivergent affirming therapy (particularly for ASD and ADHD), and helping parents to understand their children’s strengths and how to nurture these in meaningful ways. As a trained Tuning in to Kids facilitator, Laura also supports parents with emotion coaching and understanding why behaviour happens and, importantly, how to develop skills and strategies that work to promote positive communication and connection.  Working with school and education teams, Laura also offers support that enables children to thrive in their learning and social environments. Laura offers a warm and empathetic approach to therapy, incorporating a variety of therapeutic skills and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Laura has two children and a groodle dog, and loves spending time connecting with people, doing yoga, and creative cooking.
