Matilda is a Provisional Psychologist who graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2025. She is passionate about creating a safe, warm, and collaborative environment, with a strong focus on recognising and building on each individual’s strengths.
Matilda works with children, adolescents, and young people, and particularly enjoys supporting neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing mood/anxiety disorders. She also has an interest in administering psychological assessments. Matilda draws on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which she tailors to meet each person’s specific needs and strengths.
Outside of work, Matilda enjoys all things outdoors, including camping, hiking, and surfing. She also loves playing board games and spending time with friends and family.
