Nadia is a Registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), a Master of Professional Psychology, and a Social Communication (Marketing and Advertising) degree from her home country of Brazil. She has been practicing in Australia since 2019, beginning her career as a face‑to‑face counsellor with Lifeline before moving into private practice, drug and alcohol services, and inpatient mental health settings, where she has facilitated therapeutic groups for adults experiencing acute psychological distress.

Drawing on her experience supporting at‑risk populations and her background in crisis intervention, Nadia is passionate about helping clients reframe unhelpful thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, and Self‑Compassion approaches. She works holistically and from a strengths-based perspective, supporting adults with a wide range of mental health challenges. Nadia has a particular interest in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma, and is committed to creating a safe, relaxed, and supportive therapeutic environment.

Outside of her professional life, Nadia maintains balance and wellbeing through time in nature—bushwalking, paddle boarding, and exploring the outdoors. She also has a long-standing love of martial arts, which supports her sense of discipline, grounding, and mind–body connection. She values time spent with friends and family and brings this appreciation for connection into her therapeutic work.
