Nadia is a Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), Master of Professional Psychology, and also holds a Social Communication (Marketing and Advertising) degree from her country of origin Brazil.

Nadia has been practicing in Australia since 2019, initially as a face-to-face counsellor for Lifeline, having worked in private practice, inpatient group and drug and alcohol settings. Dealing with at-risk population and through a crisis support background, Nadia is passionate about reframing thought patterns through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology and Self-Compassion, taking a holistic, strengths-based approach to supporting adults with a range of mental health challenges. Nadia has a special interest working within the domains of anxiety, depression and trauma and strives to provide a safe, relaxed and supportive environment for her clients.

Nadia maintains a healthy work-life balance through her journeys outdoors in nature, bush-walking, paddle boarding and spending time with friends and family.
