Sai is a registered psychologist who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She believes that feeling understood is the foundation of meaningful change and aims to create a space where people feel safe, accepted, and comfortable to be themselves while exploring what matters most to them.

Sai takes a strengths-based, neuroaffirming approach and is passionate about helping people recognise and build on their unique strengths while navigating life’s challenges. She supports people experiencing a broad range of mental health, social, emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, emotional regulation difficulties, friendship and social challenges, behavioural concerns, grief and loss, family and relationship difficulties, and life transitions.

Known for her warm and genuine style, Sai tailors therapy to each person and uses evidence-based approaches in a practical, collaborative, and engaging way. With children and young people, she incorporates creativity, play, and developmentally appropriate strategies to support confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience.
