Sarah is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 18 years’ experience working with children, families and adults within Australia and the United Kingdom for both government and private practice.

Sarah has a particular interest in working with women & their partners across the perinatal period as well as parents and adults, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, grief and loss, survivors of domestic violence, parenting and attachment, adjustment following birth trauma, pre and postnatal depression/anxiety and family counselling. She has had many years’ experience facilitating groups for parents. Sarah is also trained as a Clinical Supervisor through UNSW and welcomes clinicians for supervision from all counselling backgrounds, as well as Social Workers, Nurses, Allied Health therapists and Nature Cure/ Natural Therapists.

Sarah ensures an individualised approach with each client, tailoring therapy to suit each person or family’s needs, focusing on improving personal and social well-being and promoting human rights.
