Teegan is a Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Professional Psychology.

Teegan worked initially as a face-to-face counsellor for Headspace in 2024. Teegan has worked with young people and their families with varying mental health concerns including depression and anxiety. Teegan utilises a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach and prioritises developing a trusting therapeutic relationship during sessions. Teegan can help with concerns around anxiety, low mood, low motivation, school anxiety, low self-esteem, and emotion regulation difficulties.

Outside of work Teegan enjoys the beach, watching movies and spending time with family.
