Trudy provides comprehensive psychological assessment and evidence-based therapy for young people and adults. She works with a wide range of mental health presentations and has a special interest in treating people with anxiety, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), functional neurological disorder (FND), insomnia, and specific phobias.

Trudy draws on her experience across hospital, community mental health, and private clinic settings, to work collaboratively with clients to support their treatment goals using a transdiagnostic approach. Her therapeutic style is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect. She aims to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and actively involved in treatment.

Trudy completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at Curtin University in WA and wrote her clinical master’s thesis on an interdisciplinary intervention for adults with FND. She has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema therapy. Trudy is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. and the FND Society.
