Zoe is a registered psychologist with a passion for supporting children and adolescents on their unique journey to thrive.
Zoe is a friendly, warm, and bubbly clinician who takes the time to nourish the relationship with her clients. She uses a client-centered and holistic approach to therapy. Zoe previously worked in Sydney where her enthusiasm for Health Psychology grew. She enjoys working with clients with complex trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, and relationship concerns.
Zoe is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and has experienced delivering group programs and evidence-based interventions such as, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She aims to create a sanctuary that allows her clients to feel safe, heard, and supported.
Outside of work, Zoe loves strength training, gardening, and spending time with her family.
