Zoe is a provisional Psychologist who has completed her Masters of Professional Psychology at the University of Newcastle. Zoe has experience working with children, adolescents and their families and has had experience with a wide range of presentations including autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and challenging behaviours.

Zoe aims to create a safe, collaborative, fun and empathetic therapeutic environment for her clients and their families and uses evidence-basted approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-based practices tailored to their needs. She is organised and proactive in helping clients identify and achieve their goals while providing strategies to assist them in increasing their independence and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Zoe enjoys reading, spending time with her pets, family and friends, and listening to music.
