Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner – Full Time or Part Time

💰 Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (FTE) + Super + PD allowance + PD time
Beam Health is expanding our Behaviour Support services and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (ideally Advanced or above) to help lead the way.
The Role
- Deliver behaviour support services to individuals with complex needs under the NDIS.
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs), including those involving restrictive practices.
- Help shape and grow our NDIS Behaviour Support services.
- Mentor and supervise less experienced practitioners.
- Deliver internal training and skill development sessions.
- Collaborate in a vibrant multidisciplinary team.
- Represent Beam at sector events and forums.
- Support to develop your preferred client cohorts using our robust skills matrix.

What You’ll Bring
You will have:
✅ A minimum of a relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Counselling, Social, Disability, Teaching or Social Sciences).
✅ Ideally, endorsement as ‘Advanced’ or above against the PBS Capability (evidence of letter of suitability from the NDIS Commission also required), however we accept applicants with ‘Proficient’ endorsement.
✅ Ideally supervisory, management or leadership experience.
✅ Full Australian working rights.
✅ You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
✅ You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
✅ Leadership and communication skills.
✅ A passion for mentoring and service development.
✅ A neuro-affirming practice approach.
