We’re looking for a Registered Psychologist (General or Clinical) who is confident and skilled in working with children and their parents/carers to join our supportive, multidisciplinary team at our beautiful Cessnock clinic.

What You’ll Do
As a Psychologist at Beam, you’ll:
- Conduct assessments (we provide the tools—and if we don’t have it, we’ll get it)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and interventions
- Collaborate with care teams, educators, and families in a multidisciplinary model
- Prepare high-quality reports and letters
- Optional: Run group programs, workshops, and training
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and learning days
- Work in a multidisciplinary or transdisciplinary model for selected cases
You can choose your preferred balance between therapy and assessment work, and work with all ages—our main referral base is children and teenagers, with a growing adult client base.
What You’ll Bring
✔️ Current AHPRA registration as a Psychologist (General or Clinical)
✔️ Eligibility for Medicare and NDIS services
✔️ Experience in, or passion for, working with children, youth, and families
✔️ Positive outlook, strong ethics, and commitment to learning
✔️ WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help if needed)
