💰 Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 (FTE) + Super + PD allowance + PD time

About the Role
As a Psychologist at Beam, you’ll:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy and interventions
- Conduct psychological assessments (we’ll provide the tools—and get what we don’t have!)
- Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals
- Write high-quality reports and recommendations
- Optionally run group programs, workshops, or training
- Work in a multidisciplinary or transdisciplinary model for selected cases
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and learning days
- Develop resources for clinicians, families, and young people
- Tailor your caseload across multiple service streams and client cohorts including PHN-funded programs, NDIS, GP referrals, and self-referrals
You can choose your preferred balance between therapy and assessment work, and work with all ages—our main referral base is children and teenagers, with a growing adult client base.
