Full-time or Part-time – Flexible Schedules – $3K Sign-On Bonus – Attractive salary + PD + Perks
At Beam, we’re all about brightening lives – and we’re looking for an experienced OT who shares that passion. You’ve got the skills, heart, and hands-on experience to help kids and teens thrive, and you’re ready to share that wisdom with our OT team.
Join a fun, welcoming, and supportive team of Psychs, OTs, Speechies, Counsellors and Behaviour Support Practitioners in a truly collaborative, multidisciplinary, in-clinic setting (with the occasional off-site adventure).
Primarily based in our Warners Bay clinic, there’s also the option to work from Tuggerah or Cessnock if that suits you.
About the Role
This role is all about helping children, teens, and young adults to build skills, confidence, and everyday capabilities through therapy that’s practical, playful and purposeful.
Your caseload will be tailored to your strengths and interests, with access to fully equipped sensory gyms and all the resources you need. You’ll complete assessments to inform care and planning, and can run group programs, workshops or training sessions if that’s your thing.
As an experienced OT, you will also support the growth of our OT team through supervision and mentorship.
