What You’ll Be Doing 

As a valued Speech Pathologist at Beam, you will:  

✅ Provide meaningful therapy for children, youth, and families with diverse speech and language needs.
✅ Receive comprehensive new graduate support, including supervision and a gradual caseload build-up.
✅ Lead and mentor other Speech Pathologists (if experienced & interested!).
✅ Drive your clinical passions with leadership and specialty training opportunities.
✅ Provide different types of service delivery including individual therapy, and workshops or groups for children, parents and professionals.
✅ Conduct screeners and assessments and create high-quality clinical reports and therapy plans.
✅ Collaborate within our incredible multidisciplinary team for holistic client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For 

We’d love to hear from you if you have:  

✔️ A Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
✔️ SPA registration eligibility (or already registered!).
✔️ Eligibility to provide NDIS and Medicare services.
✔️ A valid driver’s license and reliable transport (not essential).
✔️ Experience (or a keen interest) in working with children, youth, and families.
✔️ A collaborative, enthusiastic, and client-focused approach.
✔️ A passion for learning, growing, and making a difference.
✔️ A WWCC & NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
