Workshop Overview

Tuning In to Toddlers is a 6-week, evidence-based parenting program designed to help you understand and respond to your toddler’s emotions in a calmer, more connected way. Together, we explore why toddlers behave the way they do, how to support big feelings, and how emotional coaching can reduce challenging behaviours.

Each week we look at topics such as recognising emotions, helping toddlers manager frustration and tantrums, setting gentle but firm limits, improving communication, and strengthening the parent–child bond.

The program is very practical—we talk through real-life scenarios, offer strategies you can use at home, and support you to feel more confident.

What Parents will Learn

• How to recognise and understand your toddler’s emotions

• Ways to respond to big feelings with calm and connection

• Practical strategies for managing frustration, tantrums, and challenging behaviours

• How to set gentle but firm limits that actually work

• Tools to improve communication and cooperation

• Real-life approaches you can use at home straight away to feel more confident in everyday parenting moments

Pricing

Tuning in to Toddlers is a 6-week program delivered online (12 hours in total).

• Full program: $884.13 per participant

• NDIS funding: $222.89 per session (in line with the NDIS price guide)

Please note: No rebates are available for this program. If using NDIS funding, check with your provider to confirm eligibility.

All required paperwork must be confirmed, NDIS funding secured, or full payment received prior to initial session.
