Tanisha graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours). During her years at university, she gained paediatric experience through working as an allied health assistant working with children with speech, language and stuttering difficulties and implemented literacy programs in the Maitland area. Tanisha also implemented social skills groups for young adults utilising technologies such as virtual reality.
She is a positive, diligent and caring clinician who strives to create engaging and meaningful sessions for clients and their families. Tanisha enjoys seeing her clients achieve their goals and being creative and having fun in sessions. She has a special interest in early language and gestalt language processing. Tanisha also has significant experience in implementing stuttering programs.
Outside of work, Tanisha enjoys being active and plays sports such as league tag and tennis, singing and playing guitar as well as spending time with family and friends.
